Job description:

  • Demonstrate prominent leadership by coaching and supporting your team, setting a positive example to ensure the team delivers top-tier customer service and stays updated on new legislation.
  • Lead, mentor and guide your team to peak performance, inspiring them to reach new heights.
  • Oversee team performance, driving the implementation of best practices and standards to ensure consistent quality outcomes, managing team dynamics to foster authentic team cohesion.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Emphasise continuous improvement and guide your team toward our goals and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain the accuracy of the Register, aligning with our Legislative Powers.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, finding effective solutions and leading by example setting the standard for others to follow. Your confidence in making swift decisions empowers you to take ownership and be accountable for your teams' actions.

  • Swift adaptability to change, coupled with the ability to inspire and align teams with new objectives.
