    Join Our Team as a Service Manager at South West London!

    Are you ready to make a difference in the rehabilitation and supervision work sectors? RSR Justice, a top recruitment business, is seeking a dedicated Service Manager (Dependency & Recovery Service) to lead the Dependency and Recovery Service in bridging the gap between probation and substance misuse services.

    Job Summary:

    Do you have a passion for improving client engagement in treatment services? As the Service Manager, you will integrate strategic approaches, oversee service delivery, and manage partnerships to enhance outcomes for service users.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Integrate strategic and operational approaches within the D&R Service.
    • Oversee service delivery ensuring compliance with contracts and targets.
    • Lead and manage teams to meet strategic objectives.
    • Develop partnerships to improve referral pathways.
    • Ensure services are delivered to high standards with effective processes.
    • Monitor project performance and financial management.
    • Participate in staff recruitment and management.
    • Prepare detailed reports on service effectiveness.

    Person Specification:

    • Relevant experience in providing substance misuse services.
    • Demonstrated success in managing people and performance.
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills.

    Desirable:

    • Experience in rehabilitative settings.
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
    • Qualifications in leadership or management.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant qualification in business, leadership, or management.
    • Level 5 management qualification.
    • Coaching, Supervision, or Counselling qualification.

    A current DBS is required for this role, which we can process for you and HMPPS Enhanced Level 1 vetting.
