    Description

    Job Title: Primary Teacher (Maternity Cover) - Year 3

    Location: South Sheffield Primary School

    Start Date: September (Opportunity to start before the summer holidays)

    Duration: Fixed-term contract for one year

    About Us: We are a moderately sized suburban primary school located in South Sheffield, dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our students. We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in September, with the possibility of starting before the summer holidays. Join our well-established and supportive team of educational professionals and make a positive impact on the learning journey of our Year 3 students.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Covering a Year 3 class during the absence of the regular teacher due to maternity leave.
    • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of the students.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school community.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
    • Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
    • Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
