    Digital Marketing Manager

    Drinkaware, Health Charity

    London (Mooregate) - hybrid, or remote if required

    £24.72 per hour + £2.98 holiday pay per hour

    Start: ASAP

    Duration: 1 month +

    I'm excited to be working with Drinkaware to find them a temporary Digital Marketing Manager. This is purely a technical role, with a focus on SEO, PPC marketing, Grants Pro and Google Analytics 4. You must be a GA4 expert, it is essential for this temporary cover. You will have solid digital marketing delivery skills and work collaboratively with the digital and marketing teams to increase website traffic and drive Drinking Check completions. Working in a close-knit team, you will be Drinkaware's GA4 expert, able to provide data and insights as required, and be an excellent team player who is able to articulate the technical jargon in basic terms.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Develop and implement an impactful SEO strategy that meets the organisational objectives
    • Together with the Content Lead and Web Product Owner, ensure SEO best practice and strong keyword research is at the heart of Drinkaware's digital marketing activities.
    • Implement SEO housekeeping changes using Site Improve
    • Lead on GA4 and other measurement tools; maintain marketing reporting dashboards.
    • Work with the Evidence & Impact and UX teams to evaluate end-to-end CX across multiple channels and user touch points, optimising landing pages and user funnels.
    • Support the Marketing and Brand Officer to maintain and develop the Grants Pro account
    • Take ownership of core Drinkaware digital marketing activities, specifically PPC, Google Ads, Grants Pro, SEO/SEM, paid for activity on owned media channels
    • Ensure that all digital marketing activities are fully compliant and follow best practice, particularly around UK GDPR, data protection, and marketing consent.

      You will bring:
      • Proven experience in an SEO or PPC focussed digital marketing role
      • Proven experience in the full lifecycle of campaign planning, execution and reporting; preferably in a B2C environment.
      • Proven experience with PPC, Google Ads, Grants Pro, social media, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, keyword research.
      • Direct experience of managing Google Ad accounts (paid and Grants Pro) and setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
      • Demonstrable experience of using audience, consumer and data insight and research to drive planning activity.
      • Experience of A/B or split testing.
