Customer Service Representative - Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom - Jellyfish Energy
Description
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls
- Personal Management of call backs and customer updates.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company's database
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and google drives.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
Pay:
£22,043.00-£23,000.00 per year
