Description

Responsibilities:


  • Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls
  • Personal Management of call backs and customer updates.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company's database
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and google drives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Pay:
£22,043.00-£23,000.00 per year
