Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Work alongside HR Officer to administer our recruitment strategy.
- Manage Corporate Social Responsibility policy as well as projectspecific CSR goals.
- Administer client prequalification questionnaires.
- Administer client procurement portals.
- Administer supply chain assessments.
- Manage social media feeds.
- Manage expenses policy.
- Arrange hotel bookings for staff.
- Provide general commercial support to Senior Management team based in Head Office
Desired Skills & Experience
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to focus on all areas of a task
- Drive and selfsufficiency are key attributes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
Having a full driving licence and own car for work (due to office location)
