Leading corporate firm have a vacancy for an Finance and Quality Assistant to be part of a highly collaborative financial team of 4.
You will be working with a deadline drive environment, utilising your advanced accuracy skills, liaising with the wider organisation and eager to learn new skills and processes.
Accounts Assistant:
- Helping support the Purchase Ledger value of approximately £5 million p/a. and supplier payment runs.
- Processing expenses / purchase invoices / credit cards.
- Managing cashbook, postings & reconciliations.
- Responsible for a sales ledger value of approximately £8 million p/a.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers & internal departments. Prepare and process supplier payment runs and staff expenses.
- Administration of the ISO quality standard; ensuring all paper work adheres to the ISO standards, updating processes, chasing relevant documents and being the first point of contact for ISO Standards accreditation compliance.
Accounts Assistant Skills & experience:
- You will have some accounts or finance experience with level 1 AAT qualified, or more. Good administration skills and a great eye for detail. Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Able to meet deadlines and enjoy using your communication skills.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
