Established leading children's toy company, have a newly created vacancy for a Social Media Executive / Junior Designer to fully manage all of their social media channels and proactively contribute to executing the wider marketing strategy.

Working as part of a really friendly and dynamic marketing team, with ambitious growth plans, you will fully utilise your passion for social media while using your creativity.

Social Media / Junior Designer Key Responsibilities:

Manage all social media channels.
Working with the eCommerce and Creative team to deliver the social media calendar, creating dynamic content, banners and posts in line with the brand story.
Fully engage with the online community
Assisting on brand creative across multiple projects in addition to social media
Identify and build relationships with influencers that can potentially become brand ambassadors.
Occasionally write engaging blog posts and articles.
Daily monitoring customer feedback and perception of the brands from forums.
Keep track of social media KPIs and run monthly competitions on MM Online.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our social media strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and effective.

Social Media Executive / Junior Designer Requirements

Previous experience in social media with a strong focus on Tick, Facebook and Instagram.
Working knowledge of graphic design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, flair for copywriting.
An understanding of social media analytics.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of image manipulation, photography, and retouching of video production

You will be working within beautiful office's, within a fun and fast paced environment and plenty of opportunity to attend industry events and progress internally

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Hybrid working just three days in the Hemel Hempstead office.

Salary:
£24K - £27,500 plus benefits (free parking available)
