_Our custom made 3-week training programme is a planned sequence and combination of activities designed to equip our employees with knowledge and skills to become better professionals. After your probation period you may be offered the chance to further develop your skills with our support through an NVQ qualification. _
As a Trainee Customer Planner your role will involve:

Delivering excellent customer service and planning efficiencies to the Customer Service Operations Department.
You will impact the experience of every customer, being their first point of contact, offering help, support, guidance and allocating appointments in accordance with service levels.
You will be friendly, professional, and empathetic, using the tools and information available to find the best possible solution for the customer.
37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8am8pm, inclusive of 1 working day in 3 weekends.
