Description

This is a new role due to business expansion, supporting the client success manager with client engagement communications and conducting onboarding sessions.

Effectively, the purpose of the role is to manage and maintain client relationships.

Description

  • Carry out engaging on boarding demonstrations and new feature demonstrations for all Carterwood Analytics platforms with new and existing clients.
  • Resolve enquiries received through support helpline and mailbox.
  • Build knowledge and create regular meaningful engagement experiences with subscribers
  • Record all communication on the internal CRM system
  • Develop good understanding of the products
  • Take ownership of weekly KPIs
  • Provide CRM support to sales, marketing and client success department
  • Dive into content and client research to assist the marketing team in creating captivating social media publications and case studies
  • Interim support in directing all inbound sales enquiries and phone calls to relevant members of the team

Profile

  • At least 1 year of customer relationship experience is essential would be a bonus if in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment
  • Proven experience in demonstrating products/software to clients/subscribers
  • Excellent communication skills in person, or on video calls, and over the phone
  • Previous CRM experience is desirable
  • Highly computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good sense of humour and team player in a small, but highachieving sales, marketing and client success team
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback
  • Enthusiastic and personable, comfortable in clientfacing role
  • Focused and proactive approach to ensure deadlines are met in a fastpaced environment
