    Job Purpose

    Reviews and approves the Supplier/Internal Manufacturing documents with reference to DBI Quality Specifications for a region/plant & assists manager on continual improvements. Work within existing systems & under supervision Performs basic technical observations, analysis.

    Job Description

    Review Supplier/Internal manufacturing records as per Engineering/Purchase order / Project requirements & to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries for region/plant.

    Point of contact for a small region/plant and is responsible for managing communication team & manager (region/plant) .Assign work to a new joiners & mentor them

    Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics & Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances & Developing and coordinating root cause analysis and corrective action plans

    Work on improving supplier performance

    Participate in training programs to increase quality awareness

    Participate in sampling for RCA & CAPA

    May participate in process standardization activities. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost.

    Participate new scope of work within the team

    Maintain /share Lessons learnt tracker or Best Practices

    You are meant for this job if:

    Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Mechanical

    Basic understanding of Engineering practices, Knowledge in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing techniques, Heat treatment and Basic Material Engineering. Ability to read Supplier certificates/Documents , Quality Tools ,RCA & 3rd Party Inspections both Virtual & physical. Additional SAP knowledge will be helpful. Ability to read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information & suggest design/process changes to ensure simple, functional and cost effective results. Min 2+ years' experience .
