Proactively manage critical suppliers to ensure delivery of services that provide agreed levels of contractual conformance, service performance and availability within agreed budgets. 

Manage and oversee supplier budgets by acting as a subject matter expert for all elements of contract expenditure across suppliers. Rigorously assess and expose potential overspend by providing leadership to the annual budgeting cycle and at all times maintaining an accurate register of expected supplier costs, risk and opportunities against budget and an accurate 3 year forecast and projected spend.

Deliver robust governance and assurance through an agreed framework for supplier governance, and drive consistency and innovation across the supply chain.

Manage and oversee service and projects design and delivery activities by working collaboratively within all functions to help drive and improve the integrated end to end operations across the supplier chain and costumer life cycle. 

Support the governance of the pipeline of project delivery with suppliers to assure the safe introduction of new services.

Continually search for for improvement areas to improve on approach, process and systems in order to deliver better control and improved suppliers’ performance.
