There will be lots of opportunities for you to develop as you lead your team through the challenges ahead, with the support of a driven and passionate network of peers and leadership team.

What you'll do:

Processes of Content PO & Non-PO invoices including exception management, working with multiple Rights Management systems in line with SLA's (service level agreements)
Dedicated Content reporting such as royalty calculations, third party models and rights management reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with company controls, policies and procedures
Continuously challenging existing processes to propose and implement continuous improvement and help drive efficiencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners for all markets
Other Accounts Payable work as required including audit, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and contributing towards continuous improvement goals.

What you'll bring:

You will already have knowledge of Accounts Payable processes in a highvolume environment and have worked in a similar role, which will help you fit right in
Great record of providing excellent service to customers with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Basic/intermediate excel knowledge required and good IT skills preferably Ariba Cloud, VIM/SAP
Attention to detail
Background in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or ICC (invoice scanning) is advantageous but not crucial
Full fluency in Italian is desirable for this role
