You'll report directly to the Group Director of Financial Crime and be part of the group wide Financial Crime team creating risk assessments from scratch, managing updates and administration tasks in relation to all jurisdictional AML Risk Assessments.

Your Role in the Team

You will provide administrative support to the to the Group Director of Financial Crime and be part of the group wide Financial Crime team.

This is a key role, managing updates and administration tasks in relation to all jurisdictional AML Risk Assessments, financial crime policy and procedure documents ensuring timely updates, enhancements and sign off.

The role will administrate the Group Financial Crime Committee and manage key financial crime documentation required in this committee, and others, such as Executive risk committee and board meetings.

As well as providing support to the Group Director of Financial Crime, this role will manage key administrative items to the local Money Laundering Reporting Officers.

Managing and administrating the Group Financial Crime Committee.
Managing and administrating the monthly MLRO meeting.
Administrating the Annual AML Report.
Managing the outputs from the AML assurance programme, tracking items to completion.
Assisting MLROs with divisional Compliance committee packs and governance administration.
Adhoc tasks as requested by the Group Director of Financial Crime.

Skills Needed:

We are looking for organised and structured individual with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, as well as keep an eye on the customer.

Highly organised in terms of planning and prioritisation of workload and effective time management skills, with experience creating Risk Assessments from scratch.
Previous experience in a compliance / AML administrative, ideally from the online betting and gaming industry.
Selfstarter with great attention to detail.
Highly motivated individual who is looking for a step up in the AML world.
