Job Summary


Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional? We are seeking an
Business Administrator to join our HR team and manage essential administrative tasks for the HR management team with particular focus to supporting the service invoicing and finance activities.

This is a new role for the service and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations.


Responsibilities:

Invoicing and Billing: Handle Purchase Orders, invoices and recharges for the service. Supporting the Head of HR who has responsibility and oversight for 4 budgets

Financial Records: Create and update records, financial, and other data.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and arranging events and large meetings.

Meeting Support: Arrange meetings, draft relevant documents, and take meeting notes.

General Administrative Tasks: Photocopy, file documents, and assist HR management team when necessary.


Qualifications:

-
Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.

Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational skills.
-
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and office management software.

Attention to Detail: Strong record-keeping abilities and ability to handle confidential information.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
