iMultiply are delighted to be working with a well established Renfrewshire based Charity to recruit a Payroll Assistant on an initial 3 month contract.

The Role
As a Payroll Assistant you will be a vital member of a team ensuring that the company pays employees accurately and on time, compiling payroll information by organising payroll preparation; completing reports and maintaining records required for internal and external use.
- Responsibility for the production of all designated payrolls within strict timescales.
- Adherence to the compliance of internal procedures and policies.
- Adherence to payments, deductions and statutory declarations both legislative and contractual within strict timescales.
- Audit of final weekly payroll processing.
- Processing of weekly paid payrolls.
- Processing employee payslips.
- General administrative tasks to allow the smooth running of the day to day functions within the payroll department.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- General payroll knowledge adhering to strict deadlines in a medium to large, fast moving organisation.
- Experience in pensions and pension administration including the pension auto enrolment process would be beneficial.
- Experience of successfully adapting and providing payroll information timeously in line with business needs and objectives.
- Experience of reviewing and developing payroll processes, reflecting best practice and legislative change.
- A strong team player, able to build solid working relationships at all levels.
- Welldeveloped communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of Microsoft excel and word.
On Offer
This is a Full-Time 3 month contract based in Renfrewshire, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. 35 hours per week with Hybrid Working available. The role offers an hourly rate equivalent to £25,000.
