About the Role:

We are looking for a Graduate Intern to support the GORE-TEX Fabrics Future Supply Chain program to undertake Project Management support.

You will work within our global Fabrics Supply Chain, starting in September 2023 for a period of 9 months.

We are excited to offer this opportunity to be involved in Project Management support for a wide range of key Supply Chain projects, in support of the implementation of Future Supply Chains and Continuous Improvement.

In return you will be exposed to industry standard project management methods and will be supported with any applicable training required.

The role will be based at our Livingston facility with the opportunity to do Hybrid working.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Management support: liaise with project champions for timely and accurate PM content for projects including status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issue, Dependencies) log updates and Program planning
  • Communications / change management admin
  • Project Management system (Asana) administration for project plans and status updates (Future Supply Chain) and provide support with upskilling and administration of program
  • CI SharePoint administration to include: New projects and CI success stories; Layout improvements; Comms and PR for Continuous Improvement
  • Supply Chain Project Portfolio administration
  • Supply Chain Improvement metrics

Qualifications:


  • Graduate of Business Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar field of study
  • Happy to work in project teams and coordinate work
  • Great attention to detail especially when dealing with project data
  • Good communications skills
  • Willing and able to support Associates globally on a variety of tasks
  • Great MS Office skills, especially with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Enjoy working independently but also have a strong focus on teamwork and inclusion, also in a virtual/global environment
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
