Working Pattern: 9:00 - 16:30, 5 days out of - regular shifts will be Monday to Friday, however, working Weekends will be required.

ISS Catering Department at the Rotherham general Hospital requires a Compliance Co-Ordinator.


The Compliance Coordinator will be the beating heart of the operation by providing a warm and welcoming environment to support our amazing Placemakers in delivering the best possible service for our patients.


The Compliance Coordinator will need to prepare, arrange, and deliver mandatory and competency-based training for +100 staff in line with the compliance calendar.

They will also be responsible for delivering an insightful, welcoming, and exciting induction for all new starters into the business.


As well as the operational requirements, the Compliance Coordinator will need to be meticulous and detailed to ensure all compliance documentation, reports and files are kept in line with requirements.


The Role

  • Produce reports for the management team regarding onsite training activity, compliance and highlight areas for action
  • Develop, hold and update the master training matrix for ISS at RFT
  • Monitor and update the training records system
  • Report on training at the Monthly review meetings
  • Develop and implement new training packages where necessary
  • Deliver and monitor induction training for new starters and complete necessary paperwork
  • Support participants in training to enable them to effectively reach their potential and achieve a positive and continuous learning culture
  • Ensure effective evaluation of training to improve courses and service delivery

  • Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel.
