Job Description Technical Assistant with Stork:
The role of the Technical Assistant is to provide support and assistance to the Integrity Department. The support will be provided on-site therefore the is a requirement to attend 5 days per week.
Please be aware there is the option for this role to be based in either East of Hull outside of the city or West of Hull on the outskirts.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Technical Assistant:
In addition to providing general assistance to engineers on projects also assist as required with the following:
Specific
- Work Pack Compilation (Thorough & Type A inspections), extracting the following documentation from relevant database:
- Anomaly export for each requiring inspecting
- Individual pdf to provide to RAT Techs.
- Last report including last NDT report with test points.
- Isometric drawings including detailed iso's with the test points.
- WSE and RBI
- PM review: Cross check of due dates for all thorough, type A and B Inspections reports to ensure alignment with SAP.
- Creation / Cutting of Inspection WO's.
- Populate the IQI One IDMS with new inspection data / historical information.
- Refresh the WSE following revalidation meetings for approval.
- Data Cleanse of IQI One.
- Review of completed inspection work packs / reports.
- Preparation of inspection and integrity data for input in advance of Operational RBA Review meetings.
- Operating any inspection/integrity database for input and review of data.
- Maintaining filing systems
General
- The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post
- Assist with any other duties as and when required
- Undertake specific projects as instructed by management
Safety
- Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment
Other
- Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
- Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company

Specific Requirements for the Technical Assistant:
Experience and Skills
- Educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Technical Assistant role
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CMMS (SAP)
- IQI One (Training to be provided)
