Description

The Operatiosn Controller plays an important role to support our sea freight division keeping the Heathrow team motivated, supervising staff and helping to maintain/improve operational efficiency, cost & service levels and at the same time ensuring that safe, secure & operationally compliant working practices are adhered.

You will assist in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered by our Heathrow Drivers to all our key clients.

As an Operations Controller the role will cover aspects of fleet, admin tasks, budgetery control, personnel management, operations, client quotes, compliance and assisting with warehouse duties.

Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
