    Are you a seasoned HR Advisor with a deep understanding of the requirements of a small yet intricate business? We have teamed up with a distinctive financial services organization to aid in the recruitment of a HR Advisor. This opportunity offers a chance for the successful candidate to not only fulfill a new role but also to influence its development and advance within the company. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, we are open to considering both options.

    Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor:

    • Collaborating with the current outsourced HR/Payroll team to ensure all HR matters are addressed
    • Evaluating the feasibility of internalizing certain HR functions
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries
    • Handling various tasks such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Staff Training, Policy and Procedure maintenance, and Employee Relations cases

    Key Skills for the HR Advisor:

    • Proven experience in HR Advisory roles
    • Background in a Regulated or Financial Services setting is a must
    • Prior engagement in independent roles within small companies
