    Join Our Team - Sustainability Reporting & Solutions Manager Position

    We're on the lookout for a talented individual to fill the role of Sustainability Reporting & Solutions Manager within our rapidly expanding energy/carbon consultancy. As the Manager, you'll be instrumental in aiding clients in meeting their carbon reporting requirements while assisting them in minimizing their environmental impact. To excel in this position, you'll need a strong grasp of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions accounting, as well as reduction tactics, essential sustainability reporting frameworks (ESG, SBTi, CSRD, TCFD), and global standards such as ISO 14001.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive Net Zero & Scope 3 service strategy
    • Serve as the go-to expert on net-zero initiatives, Scope 3 emissions, and related sustainability reporting frameworks
    • Supervise the provision of top-notch sustainability solutions, including ESG Reporting, SBTi, CSRD Reporting, TCFD Reporting, CBAM Guidance, and Net Zero Strategy Development and Execution
    • Keep up to date with the latest sustainability developments, laws, and reporting criteria
    • Attend and represent the company at industry gatherings and conferences
    • Assist in driving new business growth by creating compelling proposal content and addressing inquiries

    Skills and Experience Requirements:

    • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a relevant field. A higher qualification such as a Master's degree is advantageous
    • At least 5 years of solid experience in sustainability consulting, focusing on net-zero strategy formulation, carbon calculation, and sustainability reporting
    • Proficiency in various areas including:
      • Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculation and mitigation approaches
      • Crucial sustainability reporting frameworks (ESG, SBTi, CSRD, TCFD)
      • Global standards like ISO 14001, 50001
      • Net-zero pathways and best methods
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in presentations and proposal development
    • A strong dedication to offering exceptional client support and constructing lasting connections

    Role: Sustainability Reporting & Solutions Manager (Focus on Net Zero & Scope 3 Services)

    Location: Redditch or Wallington, Surrey (remote work option available for suitable candidates)
