EB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Debt Advisor to join a growing business in Glasgow. This is a market leading organisation and offers personal debt solutions to individuals.
As first point of contact from individuals seeking advice and assistance with their personal debts, this role involves:

Managing a number of enquiries from individuals, advising each person on various personal debt solutions
Quickly building rapport/trust with the individual
Establishing individual's financial circumstances
Reviewing eligibility of debt solution and plan options
Undertake document management re supporting evidence etc
Gaining commitment in order for the business to act on their behalf
Taking prospective clients through the process from initial contact until a suitable arrangement is in place

Skills and experience required:

Must have gained experience within the financial services sector, ideally Debt or Financial Sales. Experience within the debt solutions market would be advantageous, however, training will be provided.
Experienced in managing a sales pipeline and in converting, negotiating and closing sales
Can adapt to situations, possessing confident communication skills
Ability to listen and quickly assess the circumstances of complex individual cases
Team player and can work to own initiative
Must be IT proficient

Please Note:
This team operates several shift patterns, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, 12pm to 8pm and some Saturdays. Hybrid available too.

Permanent

Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
