, based in our Head Office in Harwell, Oxfordshire for a minimum of 3 days per week

Job Details:


As Marketing Executive you will be working with the wider Marketing team in all areas of the marketing mix to create awareness and demand of the brand to both new and existing consumers.


Day to Day Responsibilities:


In-Store

  • Work with the sales team and Senior Marketing Executive on shop in shop opportunities
  • Provide proactive daytoday support to the sales team
  • Supply of fixtures and fittings
  • Bespoke artwork for retailers
  • Source printing of header boards etc. as required
  • Visit accounts with the sales team as needed to identify how we can improve, and own, our brand presence instore and then execute accordingly
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Executive to maintain an instock position of all merchandising materials at all times
  • Maintain the merchandising materials pricelist in conjunction with the finance team

Events

  • Work with the marketing team to prepare for events, including:
  • Ordering products and returning these to stock post event
  • Liaising with the product team to organise samples as needed
  • Packing up for the event
  • Ordering POS items as required

Social Media & Influencers

  • Work with the Organic Content & Social Media Executive as required, including:
  • Attend key events and trade shows for set-up through to breakdown to execute in excellence.
  • Identifying, contacting and managing relationships with influencers across all pillars
  • Providing cover during periods of absence

Brand Ambassadors

  • Support the Senior Marketing Executive with the daytoday handling of our brand ambassadors, including placing orders for product as needed
  • Respond to their enquiries during periods of absence by the Marketing Executives

Key Accounts/Retailers

  • Become the "goto" person in the marketing team for any Image Library enquiries.
  • Assist in production of retailer catalogues and proof these prior to signoff.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Executive with the preparation and ongoing support of Go To Market Plans for our key accounts/retailers.
  • Align across all departments to ensure all activity is inline with the brand marketing schedules

Press

  • Maintain an office media file of all print and digital press and provide the sales team with an electronic version on a monthly basis.
  • Book and submit print and digital advertising
  • Liaise with digital platforms to obtain ad stats.

PR

  • Assist with PR requests from our agency and press
  • Placing orders and arranging collections as required
  • Be the main PR contact for equestrian press
  • Create press releases for key products
  • Identify additional opportunities within key equestrian titles and supply relevant content including, but not limited to:
  • Fashion features including tried and tested
  • Rider interviews and training features
  • Competitions
  • Letter pages

About You:


  • 3 years+ relevant experience. Preferred in a sports, lifestyle, fashion brand or similar channel
  • Marketing qualification
  • Clean valid driving licence
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Articulate with strong verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Creativity
  • Customer Service
  • General office and retail experience would be beneficial to this role
  • Familiarity with the digital environment, in particular social media
