Description
Working closely with Marketing, Product, US teams as required.

  • Working with Ecommerce Merchandiser to align strategy with stock and demand planning.
  • Develop and present regular reporting and campaign analysis.

Content:

  • Deliver the website content strategy, working closely with Ecommerce Manager, Marketing, Product, and US teams, as well as our translation agency to ensure all content is available in English, German and French as required.
  • Design, build and maintain regular home page updates, as well as landing pages.
  • Develop new landing pages as required, to deliver a more personalised, category led navigation journey, to ultimately drive engagement, CRO and customer LTV.
  • Develop and build Ariat Life articles, suggesting new content ideas to help drive onsite engagement and improve CRO.
  • Develop content to help drive our organic search engine optimisation, to improve organic product and brand awareness, and ultimately help drive new customer acquisition.
  • Work on product data management, seasonal product launches and website uploads.
  • Managing image database, ensuring we have all relevant imagery on the website for products.
  • Manage our User Generated Content platform, curating content from social media to feature on site and within our marketing channels.
  • Help develop our customer review platform.
  • Help develop the PDP enhancement strategy for a richer consumer experience.

General:

  • Maintain the website, its content, products and usability, aligned with our strategy as a premium retailer throughout Europe.
  • Ensuring website is fully functional and inline with our Ecommerce marketing calendar.
  • Maintain our shared marketing calendar, highlighting gaps and opportunities to stakeholders and ecommerce team.
  • Building and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues across the UK and US business, our team of developers plus external agencies.
  • To support the Customer Service team in providing a best in class experience for website customers.
  • Support on Ecommerce development roadmap, user testing for new releases, raising issues and tickets in our Jira system.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar website CMS.
  • Experience of Amplience, or similar content tool.
  • Experience of providing reporting and using GA analytics.
  • Proven organisational and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Planning and time management, able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive.
  • Able to work on own initiative, offer ideas and opportunities to the team.
  • Excellent MS Office and Excel knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience

  • To degree level or appropriate experience working in a similar role for at least two years.
  • Experience of using Airtable, Pixlee, or similar tools would be an advantage.
