Job Purpose

  • To create, plan and execute the Ariat Europe social media and influencer strategy to build awareness of Ariat products and create brand engagement with existing and new consumers.
  • To analyse statistics to identify trends in terms of followers and engagement to ensure content is effective.
  • Engage with the Ecommerce team to ensure consistent timing of key stories/messages across all our platforms.
  • Grow the Organic social following and increase engagement

Key Accountabilities

Social Media

  • Oversee the social media content process from overall planning, project briefing, execution and ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines at all times.
  • Create engaging content/imagery to be utilised across all our social platforms.
  • Plan and publish content across multiple platforms, as well as live publishing in reactive, fastpaced environments such as events.
  • Ensure Ariat's brand and reputation are positively enhanced by social media activities; actively responding to customer feedback issues via public and private posts.
  • Keep up to date with what other brands are doing to ensure our content cuts through all the noise and constantly moves forward and stays ontrend.
  • Identify new tools and platforms as they become available, assess relevance for Ariat and react accordingly.
  • Work closely with our Ecom team to ensure upper funnel paid activity aligns with our key campaigns
  • Regular US social (digital) team catch ups to ensure alignment.

Influencers

  • Work across the marketing team to ensure our influencers are engaged to maximise the UGC available.
  • Build an effective influencer strategy to enhance brand visibility and obtain creative, sharable content.
  • Work with the Marketing Executive to identify new influencers and manage the ongoing relationship with new and existing influencers.
  • Place orders for current and future product.
  • Obtaining engaging content to include: images, blogs, quotes and videos.
  • Review influencers on a regular basis to ensure they continue to be brand right and are featuring our products.

Key Accounts & Retailers

  • Assist the sales team with best practices, social media reviews and ideas for key accounts to improve their activity around the brand to amplify our brand messaging.
  • Provide a monthly schedule to our retailer database so they have visibility of our plans, to include assets that they can utilise as required.

Events:


  • Attend key events as required.
  • Create frequent, engaging eventbased content for our social platforms to post throughout key events.

PR

  • Work with our PR agency to approve brand right influencers across our channels and ensure product is sent to them as required.
  • Post Great PR when available.

Reporting

  • Produce a monthly social report to include highlights from our social platforms and influencers.
  • Produce regular reports and communicate results to teams to create transparency and visibility into the progression of the social media strategy.
  • Create detailed posting calendars and review with relevant parties each month prior to publishing content.
  • Development of regular influencer reports and evaluations.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 years+ relevant experience. Preferred in a sports, lifestyle, fashion brand or similar channel
  • Marketing qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms from a B2C perspective.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing.
  • Strong eye for imagery and photography to create suitable content for all platforms.
  • Organisation, planning, time management and prioritisation
