    Salary: £26,000-£28,000

    Join us at MJ Quinn for an exciting opportunity as an In-House Recruiter at our Head Office in Knowsley, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

    Your role will involve supporting the Recruitment Manager in ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting staffing needs.


    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Assisting in managing PAYE vacancies throughout the recruitment cycle
    • Proactively sourcing talent to establish candidate pipelines
    • Recruiting in alignment with job specifications
    • Adhering to recruitment processes, legal requirements, and agency relations
    • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks

    Requirements:
    • Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or with an agency
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to multitask effectively
    • IT proficiency
    • Understanding of UK work authorization regulations
