Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with expertise in construction, HVAC, mechanical and/or electrical recruitment to join our dynamic team.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals for office and field-based PAYE roles.

Your in-depth knowledge of construction, HVAC, mechanical and/or electrical trades, and specialised skill sets will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to support our organisation's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop industry specific recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational training programs, and other educational institutions to source emerging talent and promote career opportunities in the HVAC, mechanical and/or electrical industry.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction and blue and white collar recruitment, and incorporate relevant insights into recruitment strategies.
Assist with other recruitmentrelated projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on construction and bluecollar recruitment is required.
Indepth knowledge of gas, electric, plumbing, HVAC and/or building fabric trades, skill sets, and industryspecific requirements.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring skilled professionals in the construction industry or similar sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and certifications relevant to gas, electric, plumbing, HVAC and/or building fabric roles.
Detailoriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Construction Industry Recruiter) are a plus.
