This role has a starting salary of £43,293 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. This role is fixed term until 30/06/2025 with the possibility of extension. We are excited to be hiring a new Strategic Analyst to join our fantastic Early Help and Partnerships team. The team is based in Woking (with hybrid working ) and plays a fundamental role in capturing, analysing, and presenting key data and local intelligence, showing the impact of our services for children and families. You will be working as part of a dynamic early help service that brings together local partnerships and develops opportunities to enable families to receive the right support at the right time.Please note, the contractual location for this role is currently Quadrant Court, however it is our intention to move within the local area to Victoria Gate in Central Woking later this year.Rewards and Benefits
Our early help teams provide support to families across Surrey in a timely and dynamic way, to enable them to achieve their goals and receive support early enough to avoid escalation into statutory interventions. By joining this team, you will be helping to shape the development of the services by enabling the partnership to clearly focus and review its impact for children and families. About the Role
In this role you will bring together local datasets, and work with colleagues to ensure that our early help data clearly shows the impact and outcomes for children and families receiving support. You will work to develop this dataset and continually evolve this to support the partnership needs showing local trends. The national is pivotal to this work and you will need to have a full understanding of these reporting processes and have experience in national data returns and funding streams such as this.You will play a crucial part in enhancing our service delivery by actively seeking out partnership data sets and spearheading efforts to identify and implement improvements in supporting families' data. You will collaborate with colleagues to amalgamate local datasets, ensuring that our early help data effectively demonstrates the impact and outcomes for children and families receiving support. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and refining this dataset to reflect evolving partnership needs and local trends. You will work with a data analyst to support you with this work, and you will need to support them and ensure that the impact of the work is reflected in the data and reporting.
