- Complete detailed market analysis on Long Term Incentive Plans to help with the design of Sage's LTIP policy.
- Support in the delivery of strategic compensation project by providing recommendations that are supported by data.
- Working with the People Services Hub, PBP's and HRIS to create processes, training material, and governance checks to ensure key compensation data fields are maintained accurately.
- Build and maintains strong and efficient working relationships with key stakeholders. Minimum qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a reward or finance related role
- Experience in presenting data to senior stakeholders that tells the story.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to draw meaningful and reliable conclusions from large, complex and sometimes incomplete datasets.
- Ability in basic statistics (mean, median, quartiles, standard deviation, linear regression) and ability to apply knowledge of basic economics (nominal vs. real wages, supply and demand, productivity).
- Project Management exposure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required, and experience with stakeholder interface and relationship building.

Job Title Strategic Compensation Analyst Job Description Do you want to play a strategic part in the formation of Sage's bonus and equity policies? Provide expert analytical support to the Compensation Director / VP reward to enable quality, evidence-based decision-making for strategic compensation projects.
This role will be responsible for creating processes, governance checks and audits to ensure high-quality data is maintained in our HR Information System.
