    Job Title Strategic Compensation Analyst Job Description Do you want to play a strategic part in the formation of Sage's bonus and equity policies? Provide expert analytical support to the Compensation Director / VP reward to enable quality, evidence-based decision-making for strategic compensation projects.

    This role will be responsible for creating processes, governance checks and audits to ensure high-quality data is maintained in our HR Information System.

    This role will contribute to the design of the Sage bonus plan, ensuring it is competitive against the external market and drives the right behaviours/culture at Sage.

    Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?

    • Complete detailed market analysis on Long Term Incentive Plans to help with the design of Sage's LTIP policy.
    • Support in the delivery of strategic compensation project by providing recommendations that are supported by data.
    • Working with the People Services Hub, PBP's and HRIS to create processes, training material, and governance checks to ensure key compensation data fields are maintained accurately.
    • Build and maintains strong and efficient working relationships with key stakeholders. Minimum qualifications
    • 4+ years experience in a reward or finance related role
    • Experience in presenting data to senior stakeholders that tells the story.
    • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to draw meaningful and reliable conclusions from large, complex and sometimes incomplete datasets.
    • Ability in basic statistics (mean, median, quartiles, standard deviation, linear regression) and ability to apply knowledge of basic economics (nominal vs. real wages, supply and demand, productivity).
    • Project Management exposure.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills required, and experience with stakeholder interface and relationship building.
