- Assist in evaluating, tracking, and processing broker commissions, draws, forgivable loans and other compensation related payments. Partner closely with Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment and tracking of such payments.
- Partner with Recruiting to review and approve new hire offer packages.
- Research and respond to compensation related requests from employees, Finance and HR Business Partners, escalating to senior leadership when required.
- Assist with all operational aspects of the annual compensation planning processes, including the maintenance of compensation plans in Oracle, ensuring the accuracy of current and historical employee data, assisting compensation managers in entering salary and bonus proposals, and preparing materials for senior leadership review meetings.
- Assist with preparation of required reporting/disclosures as they relate to regulatory compliance requirements, and conduct adhoc compensation and budget analyses using excel as required.
- Assist in documenting existing processes and workflows, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, driving process change and creating efficiencies across the function.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in compensation or related field.Experience with contract or commission-based compensation preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
- Experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision making and outcomes.
- Ability to work with Excel on a day-to-day basis, strong preference for individuals to be comfortable doing macros, vlookups, and pivot tables.
- Ability to take initiative without established guidelines and procedures using independent judgment. High degree of attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; leadership capabilities, and ability to initiate and maintain cross-team relationships.

Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Responsible for supporting the firm's global compensation programs, including operational aspects of the annual salary and incentive planning process, documenting, and improving compensation related processes, supporting the review of new hire offer packages, and providing compensation reporting and analysis as needed.
