Our client are an independent firm of Estate Agents who are owned and managed by property professionals.

They are now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the friendly team on a full-time basis, to work Monday-Friday and every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.

General duties would include Excellent communications and admin skills.

Experience preparing legal tenancy agreements and dealing with rent increases and tenancy renewals. Experience dealing with the referencing process.
Experience with marketing properties and preparing photographs and video tours would be ideal.
