CCB's Global Sales Enablement and Sales Management team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Head who will own, develop and execute on CCB Sales Enablement Strategy and Roadmap, shaping the customer journey, creating content and empowering our bankers.
The CCB Sales Enablement Head will ensure that our bankers have the processes, skills and tools required for them to engage more effectively with our clients and prospects throughout the relationship journey.
CCB's Global Sales Management team aims to enhance how CCB manages client relationships and teams by delivering simple and relevant solutions to improve banker productivity and increase the pace of business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the creation of appropriate sales processes and tools to drive bankers' productivity
- Design bankers playbooks to foster consistent sales behavior and CRM adoption globally
- Work with CCB Leadership and CRM team to drive change management and adoption
- Establish global methodology to automate prospecting and qualify leads, using both Citi internal and external data sources
- Carry market research to gather most suitable content/ data sources for CCB bankers throughout the sales journey, mapping both global and domestic relevant providers
- Organize sales content and data sources to enrich and speed up prospecting and pitching cycles
- Partner with CCB CRM team on the design and production of necessary functionalities to accelerate bankers learning, adoption and productivity
- Lead and implement new client acquisition and wallet deepening initiatives with Product and Industry Heads
- Develop smart tools to prompt solutioning opportunities to bankers
- Partner closely with CCB Global Marketing team on setting a cohesive strategy around marketing loop
- Voice of the Client Surveys and Benchmarking coordination and analytics
- Work across sales, marketing and training
- Lead and manage a small, high performing team
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the financial services or related industry
- Knowledge of Commercial Bank or Corporate Bank business model
- Experience in Sales Enablement, revenue facing roles, sales support and demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in these areas
- Strong understanding of sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
- Ability to create support and buyin across a wide range of stakeholders in highly matrixed organization; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, and senior decision makers
- Skilled to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands
- High energy, engaging and inspiring personality
- Aptitude for problemsolving
- Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively
- Well versed in CRM and other sales enablement tools
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- MBA, Masters preferred
