Are you a Housekeeping professional who prides yourself on attention to detail and having a can-do attitude? We have partnered with a unique 4-star hotel in the Aberdeenshire area who are seeking a talented Head Housekeeper to join their friendly and hard-working team.

  • Shift pattern of 5 days out of 7, either 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm. Occasional later shifts up to 8pm during summer

Responsibilities within your new role


As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the management of training, rosters and day-to-day operations in order to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.

You will oversee the Housekeeping department's budgets, as well as contribute to regular briefs, audits and reviews in order to continually improve standards.

In addition, you will be tasked with organising suite amenities, dealing with guest requests and ordering any necessary stock requirements.


Your personality, experience and qualifications


We are looking for confident and dedicated individuals who have a minimum of 2 years in a Housekeeping management or supervisory role.

Strong IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office are key in this role, with knowledge of hotel management systems being an advantage.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to demonstrate collaboration with other departments.
