We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Administrator to join an established lettings agency in the heart of the City of London.

As a Lettings Administrator, you will ideally have a proven track record and a can-do approach and be someone who isn't afraid to get involved in lots of different projects.

You will be working closely with the Head of Lettings, Negotiators, and propertymanagers and will swiftly become the go-to person within your team.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and sending paperwork to landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing
Preparing marketing material using our internal & external systems, as well as social media platforms
Managing office audits and keeping uptodate with the latest industry legislation for efficient procedures

Key Skills

Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Excellent written and communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment individually and as part of a team.
Ideally, be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award (not essential)
