Job summary
South and Dales Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) is seeking a Lead Nurse.
The team supports individuals with both organic and functional illnesses.
Ideal candidates will have an interest or experience in working with older adults.
Main duties of the job
The Lead Nurse role involves managing a complex caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, attending meetings, and collaborating with health and social care partners.
Responsibilities include supporting and developing Student Nurses and supervising junior team members.
Regular clinical and managerial supervision will be provided, along with opportunities for professional growth.
Continuous development is encouraged within the Older Peoples Division through training opportunities.
