    Description

    We are looking for a Head of People Development to join the National Theatre People Team.

    The purpose of the role

    The Head of People Development will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of staff.

    They will oversee all aspects of people development, including training programmes, leadership development, career progression, and performance management.

    They will also take a lead on organisational development activities that support organisational change and the embedding of values and organisational strategies.

    The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget management and forecasting skills to efficiently allocate resources for development programs.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing organisational and people development strategies.
  • Demonstrable success in managing complex change initiatives and supporting organisational transformation.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs at all levels, including leadership and management development.
