Description
We are looking for a Head of People Development to join the National Theatre People Team.
The purpose of the role
The Head of People Development will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of staff.
They will oversee all aspects of people development, including training programmes, leadership development, career progression, and performance management.
They will also take a lead on organisational development activities that support organisational change and the embedding of values and organisational strategies.
The successful candidate will have the following:
