Customer Service Adviser

An exciting opportunity has arisen at NFU Mutual South Cotswolds agency for a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Adviser based at our Wotton-under-Edge agency.
As a Customer Service & Sales Adviser within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
What you will be doing:
- Handling customers enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone
- Selling new NFU Mutual Insurance policies.
- Spotting crossselling opportunities for the Agency
- Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products.
- Working within a compliance framework which is regulated by the agency and the Financial Conduct Authority FCA
What we're looking for:
- People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
- Be a confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Enjoy problem solving and work as part of small team with a positive cando attitude.
- Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy.
- Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required,
- Have the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
- A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent)
- The ability to learn new systems, products, processes and skills.
Additional Information:
A driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.

Salary is dependent on skills and experience. This is a full-time vacancy working 35 hours per week 09:00 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch.Closing Date: 9th June 2023.
