We are looking for someone to join our Overpayments team in Newcastle.

The team supports a number of government clients, assisting them with a variety of queries revolving around their direct employees' salaries.

Your role will be to handle different case management activities a highly motivated person with the fantastic ability to resolve queries is just what we need.

This is a Hybrid role so you'll working in the office 2 days and from home for the rest of the week.

What you will be doing:

Contributing to the delivery of a high quality Finance Services to multiple clients.
Supporting our clients and their employees with the negotiation of salary overpayments.
Reviewing and handling appeals from employees.
Liaise confidently with internal team members/colleagues to ensure cases are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
Maintaining records for audit purposes.

What you'll bring:

MS Office experience.
Experience of providing excellent customer service

It would be great if you had:

Finance based work experience
Basic experience of payroll
