    Description

    At Guider, we are searching for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients successfully integrate and consistently benefit from our solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee a varied portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact for any post-sales issues. You will become proficient in Mentoring and Learning & Development, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for your clients in these areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dedicate effort to enhance the value of our solutions for customers. Reducing Time To Value (TTV) will be a pivotal success metric for this role.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to ongoing account management.
    • Cultivate customer relationships that foster loyalty and retention, thereby boosting customer lifetime value.
    • Engage closely with clients to understand their business requirements and obstacles, ensuring our solution aligns with their objectives.
    • Convey valuable product feedback from clients to the product development teams.
    • Regularly track customer health indicators, organize QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and conduct consistent check-ins.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your customer base.
    • Collaborate with the support team to address customer concerns promptly and uphold a high level of customer contentment.

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment.
    • Solid grasp of customer success principles, methodologies, and metrics.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with acute attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in working with CRM software and digital tools.
    • Experience in Learning and Development or serving Enterprise clients is advantageous.
