We are currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to support the launch of a specialist project based on-site with one of our most remarkable Automotive clients.

The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 and Friday 07:30 - 12:30.

The Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Generating build issue sheets, ensuring all relevant information is inputted.
Managing trackers by way of data entry.
Help progress concerns, containments and build issues with the relevant individual / team.
Assisting the Launch Co-Ordinator with other tasks during preproduction build phases.
Generating and communicating reports to managerial levels and all relevant departments.
Experienced within a similar position in Automotive, Manufacturing or Logistics industry.
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Package, especially Excel.
High attention to detail with a professional but personable approach when dealing with others.
As this position is office based, you
must be able to commute to the office for the said working hours.
