    *We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industrial sector, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in recruiting top talent for diverse roles within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and related fields.
    *Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector.

    • Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and industry trends to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective networking and marketing strategies.
    * *Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks to source qualified candidates.

    • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific industrial roles.
    • Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and pipeline for current and future job openings.
    * *Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the industrial sector.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and niche markets for recruitment opportunities.
    • Analyse recruitment metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
    * *Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
    *Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within the industrial sector is desirable but not essential.

    • Knowledge of industrial roles, including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain management.
