We have an exciting opportunity for a cheerful, friendly and focused individual to join our Healthcare Admin team at HMP Wymott.
The successful post holder will be based in the Healthcare department and will provide an efficient administrative service, maintaining the office organisation and support all clinical staff working in the department.
Responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties which include registering patients, booking appointments, ensuring all information is managed correctly, filed and followed up accordingly.
To act as the focal point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquiries for the Healthcare team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members, other health professionals and staff within the practice.
