Gardlink is Gardners own retail solution designed for the independent bookseller.

The system provides order management and stock control, offering an Electronic Point of Sale module to allow the additional option of replacing a traditional till, which runs both on standalone and networked PCs.

Additional Information

Salary £26,000 p/a dependent on experience.

Essential Skills

  • Full clean driving licence with 3+ years' experience, and your own suitable vehicle.
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows operating systems, the Office suites, Microsoft SQL Express, and small network support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence talking to customers.
  • Ability to take ownership of queries and respond within a timely manner.
  • Resilience with the ability to problemsolve.
Desired Skills

  • Previous experience working as part of a busy IT support desk team.
  • Understanding of retail stock control systems and e
- commerce.

  • Previous experience or understanding of the book industry.
  • PC building experience.
