Oxford Road Community School & Wilson Primary School are beautiful Victorian schools with a rich history.

We are looking for a caretaker, to work alongside our Federation Premises Manager, to continue to maintain the condition of the schools, ensuring a safe, clean and positive environment for children to learn, staff to work and people to visit.

You should have:

  • Experience of premises management, specifically with regards to Health & Safety, Security and legal requirements
  • Good practical and general DIY skills
  • Good IT skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work with external contractors and manage holiday and term time maintenance works
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills, flexible and with a willingness to work out of hours as required.
  • A proactive and positive person who can build good working relationships and be part of a dedicated team
