A Recruitment Associate is an entry-level position within our recruitment team, and you will be responsible for delivering successful recruitment projects within your specialist area.

Reporting to (and supported by) your Team Manager, you will drive productivityby hitting agreed targets, and ensuring a high standard of service is provided to our customers, in line with our core values; Customer Satisfaction, Intensity, Professionalism and Integrity.

In addition to a basic salary, we offer uncapped monthly bonus/commission, hybrid working (3 days in Banbury office/2 days WFH), 25 days annual leave (plus your birthday), Perkbox retail discount scheme, and most importantly, a genuine long-term careeropportunity


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Conducting business development activities to ensure a regular pipeline of job opportunities, by building a network of employers (clients).
  • Meeting with clients to take job vacancy briefings and to promote our services.
  • Advertising job vacancies across various websites and social channels.
  • General recruitment administration including; formatting CV's, updating the CRM database, checking right to work documents etc.

Skills & Experience required:


  • Previous/current experience in a sales or customerfacing role, where you have been working to targets.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Good allround IT skills on Windows & PC software.
  • UK driving license & own transport preferred.
