Your New Job Title:
HR Data Analyst, Hybrid 4 days WFH


Your New Daily rate:
up to £293/day PAYE or £383/day umbrella (inside IR35)
- equivalent of £76k


Duration:
Temporary assignment until 06/2023


Location:
Home based, 1 day/2 weeks in Central London


Start date:

ASAP

Working hours:37.5 hours per week


Primary Duties:


  • Point Of Contact, answer questions from colleagues that require access to Personal Identifiable Information (e.g., name) and provide anonymised version to project team
  • Consolidate data including Personal Identifiable Information (e.g., name) provided by colleagues if resubmissions needed
  • Deepdives with project team and finance when data challenges are observed (e.g., fully loaded cost calculation)
  • Workday "cleanup" to ensure baseline fed back into Workday
  • OrgView support to team (defining the fields, views, )
  • Administer processes, validation, processing and production of summary reports for client areas
  • Producing reports & dashboards
  • Use multiple HR online tools and technology to deliver HR Services
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information

Required Skills:


  • Ability to understand root cause of issues and effectively problem solve High level of expertise in standard MS Office software (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of expertise in Workday, Excel (V-Look Ups, etc.) or HRSS/MSS/ESS Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of reporting tools
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail, Experience multitasking, and being able to manage competing priorities
