Description

AResearch Associate in Cell & Developmental Biology or Biomechanics is sought to contribute to an interdisciplinary project investigating how tissues respond to mechanical force.

The post will be based in the Woolner Lab, Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell-Matrix Research, Faculty of Biology, Medicine & Health and will work closely with collaborators in the Faculty of Science & Engineering.


Essential skills:

Hold (or expect to shortly hold) a PhD or equivalent in biological sciences; experience in proteomic analysis of cells/tissues, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience of live confocal imaging is highly desirable.
