Overall Objective and Scope:

You will manage relationships with multiple internal and external stake holders to achieve results.

Strong relationship building skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism and customer service are essential to success in this role. Whilst attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills will also be vital.


Key Duties and responsibilities:


  • Administration and support for partners new business enquiries, coordinating diaries and providing clear communications.
  • Collating Management Information reporting for partners to including account performance and pipeline progress.
  • Processing quarterly commission report statements and invoices.
  • Ensuring total visibility of opportunities through CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Supporting Partner Marketing Manager with coordinating regular communications and updates.
  • Supporting Business Development Managers by confirming new business appointments from partner referrals, liaising with prospective clients, Business Development Managers, and partners to ensure full visibility and promote integrated working.
  • General daytoday administration and support for Strategic & Commercial Partnership Manager and Head of Commercial Customer Projects.
  • Revisiting dormant or closed opportunities with partners.
  • Administering partner commission/incentive programmes and campaigns.
  • Credit checks and marketing support for Internal Business Development Executives.
  • Support with Single Sign On transitions, tracking, issues, and communications.
  • Commercial projects support.

Person Specification:


  • Previous account management or B2B sales or inbound B2B enquiry management experience.
  • Previous experience in the employee benefit market (or of salary sacrifice) preferable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers at various levels.
  • Able to work effectively as a team and independently to meet targets.
  • Confident in prioritising own workload and selfmotivated to meet deadlines.
  • Very good attention to detail; able to work with data quickly and accurately.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and positive work ethic.

  • Willingness to learn. Appetite for knowledge and skills to adapt to changes with our products and services.

  • Previous CRM experience (Salesforce preferably)
  • A good level of English and Maths (grade at GCSE or equivalent), along with a high level of PC and Microsoft Office skills.
