Responsibilities:

Help build talent pools to ensure a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles.
Identify skills to match appropriately against requirements
Assist in writing job descriptions for open positions.
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
